Today Blue Diamond Exteriors was called out to do a Roof Wash, House Wash, and Driveway Pressure Washing in Thayer, MO. This customer had concerns about the expensive plants that lined the house and driveway. We assured her that protecting plants and grass is one of our main areas of concern as well, and we knew how to keep them safe during the washing process.

We began by watering all the plants and grass to saturate them so they wouldn't absorb any cleaning solution, then placed lightweight plastic coverings over them for an extra measure of safety. Sprinklers were set up to continue watering the grass and landscaping while we worked.

This house has rock around the garage and dirt dobber nests were on the mortar between the rocks. After they soaked in cleaner for a few minutes, we were able to rinse them away with little effort.

When the house was free of dirt, mold, and algae and thoroughly rinsed, we cleaned the driveway with a surface cleaner, allowing us to work fast and efficiently to remove the black build up and leave the homeowner with bright, clean concrete.

With all the washing and rinsing complete, the final step was to give the landscaping one last rinse to make sure there was nothing left on them but clean water. Weather your home has expensive landscaping or only grass, we won't leave until we know we've done everything possible to ensure a healthy yard.
